Who are we?
Scope and Background
CarePartners was formed by individuals who want to make a difference in the delivery and care of patients who require urgent diagnostic testing, particularly in the field of echocardiography.
At CarePartners, we recognise the need for a planned approach towards achieving the national and local waiting time targets. With the ever-increasing demand for diagnostic services across the UK, our goal is to support our partners within the NHS and private sector to help them meet these targets.
CarePartners provide high quality echocardiography services from district to tertiary hospitals and general practices, providing specialist clinics. Our well experienced team of highly qualified echocardiographers are able to provide a very high level of service, the team takes pride in its culture of care, help, support and energy.
To add further about our company culture, CarePartners prides itself on the high level of expertise, skill and commitment of all echocardiographers. All staff are dedicated in providing patients with the highest level of care and helpfulness.
All echocardiographers are very experienced with an accreditation either from the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) or the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging (EACVI) with sub-specialty training in complex procedures such as Stress echocardiogram, Transoesophageal echo, Physiologist led valve clinic and adult congenital echocardiography.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality assurance is at the forefront within the healthcare sector, every partner / employee of CarePartners goes through a vigorous process to ensure they are of the highest standard to represent the team and to ensure your patients receive exceptional service. Some of the checks include eligibility to work, relevant qualifications, up to date and current accreditations, and that their industry specific training is in date.
Each member of the team is vetted by our clinical lead on application. To add to our vetting process and to ensure you receive the highest calibre of staff, our clinical lead performs a specific echocardiography clinical interview / test in regard to scanning and reporting to BSE standards. Every member of the team goes through a quarterly skills appraisal/audit to make sure their standards do not slip which in turn ensures and gives you peace of mind that your outsourced echocardiography service is left in safe hands.
WORKING WITH CAREPARTNERS
CarePartners can provide an effective solution to your service, you can have a service provider who purely specialises within the Echocardiography market and who can deliver a guaranteed product. We offer flexibility in our contracts and are able to tailor our service to meet your specific requirement. CarePartners can operate the service within your premises using either your spare equipment or our own if required.
CarePartners can completely take the stress away for you, for example if your department has a backlog of 200 patients to clear by the end of the month and breach fines are imminent, on contract set up, CarePartners can clear these cases within a given timeframe and continue to reduce and control the department’s patient waiting list.
CarePartners has a fully flexible service no matter the size of the work needing to be undertaken, we fit around your needs as a working partner whether it’s short term ad-hoc lists or a long term service requirement, we can cater for all scenarios and are confident in being able to deliver.
To expand on our pricing model, we work our pricing structure from the NHS tariffs meaning you are able to clear your backlog at no extra cost or dependant on the contract set up with our team, the Trust will be able to generate profit due to CarePartners undercutting the NHS tariffs, meaning you’ll get your backlog taken care of at a high level of expertise whilst generating profit for the Trust.
